How do I redeem my CBD gift card?
Either click “Redeem” from the email that is sent with your card to automatically apply your CBD gift card or enter the CBD gift card code at the top of the checkout page to redeem your CBD gift card on your order.
Do I have to use the whole balance at once?
No, any amount that is left on your card after a purchase is saved for the next time you order.
What if I spend more than what is on the card?
Any balance remaining after the CBD gift card has been applied will need to be paid for via other means.
How can I tell how much I have left on my card?
You can check your balance at any time using the Balance Page
Can I use multiple CBD gift cards?
We understand that small amounts may end up left on multiple cards, you may use as many CBD gift cards as you have access to.
E-Gift Vouchers T&C’s
You may purchase Love CBD e-Gift Cards (digital gift cards) that are redeemable as a form of payment against orders only www.lovecbd.org (United Kingdom).
Please note that the below terms apply:
1. e-Gift Card may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the-Gift Card at www.lovecbd.org and is not valid at any third party love cbd stockists. The United Kingdom store accepts the following currency: GBP£.
2. e-Gift Card has a minimum activation amount of £10 and a maximum amount of £100. e-Gift Card can be purchased for a pre-set balance and cannot be customisable, subject to condition 20.
3. e-Gift Card can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. Once the balance is spent, e-Gift Card cannot be reloaded. A balance enquiry is available by accessing a link sent to the purchaser of the e-Gift Card, by accessing the balance page or by contacting our Customer Service. Balances will be shown in United Kingdom Sterling (GBP£).
4. More than one e-Gift Card may be used towards a purchase simply by entering all e-Gift Card codes during Checkout.
5. e-Gift Card cannot be used to buy another e-Gift Card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of the e-Gift Card.
7. e-Gift Card can be used as payment in conjunction with a promotional code.
8. e-Gift Card balance can be applied to the final order total in Checkout, which includes shipping and taxes.
9. Purchase of the e-Gift Card does not incur tax as the e-Gift Card is considered a form of payment. When paying for an order using an e-Gift Card, tax is charged for the order.
10. e-Gift Card balance cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
11. e-Gift Card may be used in conjunction with a creditor debit card to complete payment on an order, where the order value is higher than the balance of the e-Gift Card.
12. The balance will be refunded back to an e-Gift Card on any order that was purchased using the e-Gift Card only (not in conjunction with any other payment methods), and is subsequently returned.
13. If an order was placed using an e-Gift Card in conjunction with a credit card, and subsequently returned, the total refunded amount will be added back to the e-Gift Card balance, with the remaining amount refunded back to the credit card.
14. e-Gift Card ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified at the time of order.
15. e-Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be cancelled and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
16. Love CBD is not responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. An e-Gift Card should be treated as cash.
17. When ordering an e-Gift Card, the recipient’s email address must be entered correctly by the customer. Love CBD cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the e-Gift Card.
18. When you order an e-Gift card online, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which the order is placed, provided that none of the balance on the e-Gift card has been spent. Please contact our Customer Service team if you wish to cancel your order.
19. Love CBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including the cancellation of the card if, at Love CBD’s discretion, it reasonably deems such action to be necessary.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
The Love CBD Gift Card is a e-Card, this means that the recipient will receive the code on the day that you specify, or immediately if you have chosen “Now”.
