In the event of being dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us by telephone or email within 28 days of receiving the product for a full refund. If the product is defective or damaged there is a full warranty period of 6 months. Please note that any import duties are non-refundable.
Should we need to process a refund, we reserve the right to refund you via your original payment method. For refunds to debit or credit cards, please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.
