Sleep Aid Smoothie

Here’s a healthy sleep aid smoothie which may help you to gain a good night’s rest – and it tastes pretty good, but don’t take our word for it..


One Kiwi
Half a cup of the juice from Montmorency Cherries
Ten grams of Blueberries
50 grams of Kale
4 Almonds
Half a Banana
3 sprays of Love CBD 500mg Gold Oil
150ml of Coconut Water

Sleep aid smoothie method

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 60 seconds, or until you are happy with the consistency. You can add more coconut water if you prefer your smoothie more liquid or add ice or more banana to thicken it up a little.

Pour finished mixture into a tall glass and enjoy!
