Where is my package?
As soon as you receive a dispatch notification you will be provided with a tracking ID, this is located in your dispatch confirmation email, it is always worth checking here first.

Can I take CBD while pregnant or Breastfeeding?
We do not advise taking CBD while either Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

Should I try oils or capsules first?
Both are good to start with and have their own advantages. Oils are faster to act and absorb slightly better, while the capsules last longer in the body and are a little more convenient.

What strength should I start with?
For anyone new to CBD we recommend starting with 500mg Dutch oil, 500mg Gold oil or Dutch capsules. This is a really good start point for most people and often we find that this is the starting point that most choose to stay with or gradually increase to the stronger oils if they need to.
